What happens during a Kinesiology session?
Our first meeting starts with a chat about your medical history and the issues that brought you to the session. After I have taken the information, we then begin the muscle testing. The tests themselves are mostly based on muscle response feedback, when a muscle is challenged in a certain way it will give a response. This is where I identify imbalances which may be contributing to your loss of health and well-being, and ways to restore balance. The actual corrections for each issue will vary on what caused it.
The sessions last for about an hour. If you had multiple concerns regarding your health, you may need a few sessions. This will also allow your body to heal after each treatment.
Suggestions and advice may include either an inclusion or exclusion of certain foods, nutritional supplements, relaxation, lifestyle changes and more.
What should I wear?
You will always be fully clothed. It is advisable to wear loose clothing to allow free movement. Trousers or leggings are preferable to a skirt to protect your modesty.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
If you believe that there are products, tablets or foods causing an issue, it is helpful to bring these with you for testing. I always advise bringing some water with you too, as sometimes you can feel a little dizzy after your treatment.
